Betty Campbell
Betty Campbell is Chief Administrative Officer for the Volunteer Behavioral Health Care System. As CAO, she serves as chief finance officer and is responsible for the oversight of administration and general affairs for the departments of finance, human resources, property management and maintenance, and internal audit for this $30 million dollar corporation.
Campbell began her career in behavioral health finance and administration with The Guidance Center in 1978. She served as Fiscal Services Director from 1985 until 1998, when their affiliation into the Volunteer system occurred. Since joining Volunteer, she has played a key role in facilitating the merger of five mental health organizations and expanding the scope of Volunteer’s services.
